As Infrastructure Manager within the Systems team, I redesigned and maintained
Clicars' IT infrastructure.
I created the Infrastructure as Code (IaaS) system using Python, Jenkins,
Ansible, phpIPAM, and OPNsense, with which we deployed machines and products on
instances running on KVM hypervisors.
I virtualized and recreated 100% of the
servers used and incorporated backups (LVM snapshots) and monitoring (Prometheus)
into the platform. I also created the Kubernetes cluster that serves the
integration and staging environments, and worked on migrating the created
containerized applications to the production environment on Google Cloud
Platform.
I also acted as a Service Manager, supervising the technical support team and
managing contract negotiations with vendors and the purchase of materials.
Within the Ether project, and as part of the IaaS team, I serve as a

members, collaborating with them in problem-solving and deployment tasks.

My main tasks
consisted of managing the virtual platform, web servers, databases, backups,
and performing production deployments.
I was part of the company's IT team involved in numerous projects. Notably, I
led the development of the E-Commerce product offered to clients, where I
served as technical leader, creating the high-availability infrastructure and
applying the security, monitoring, and backup requirements demanded by the

support on the hosting platform, which hosted more than 60,000
sites.
Additionally, I worked as an incident manager according to the ITIL
methodology, controlling SLAs and ensuring their proper resolution. I also
prepared various reports for the management committee and supervised the work
of different suppliers.
I worked as a senior technician, specializing in the X-Series, Blade
Center, Total Storage, and SurePOS product lines.
My main role was to
provide on-site support to the company's various clients, including
Banco Santander, Banesto, Grupo Inditex, and various government
organizations.
I also coordinated several projects and carried out numerous
installations in the new data centers of Telefónica and Banco Santander, among
others.
I worked as a technician in the Network Staging department, dedicated to
preparing communication equipment for our client Telefónica Data. My function
was to apply various configurations to Cisco, 3Com, and Nortel equipment.
I
also collaborated for one year with the Retail Staging department, dedicated
to configuring and installing POS systems for Telepizza and Mercadona, among
others, sometimes at the client's facilities.
